Cancellation policy

Free cancellations up to 24 hours before the pickup appointment!

Cancellations within 24 hours of the pickup will incur a 25% of the total rent amount fee

Cancellations within 2 hours of the pickup will incur a 50% of the total rent amount fee

No-shows will be charged the full rent amount

When using the DJI RavenEye video transmission with DJI RS 4‌‌ / DJI RS 3 / DJI RSC 2, live camera view is not supported on the built-in screen of the gimbal. You can check the live camera view on the Ronin app.
