How it works?

Step 1 - reservation

First things first, you need to reserve your gear – chose between pickup or delivery, whether you need a prep day, or even crew for hire. Hit us up for free consultation and advice.

We accept reservations over the phone or via emails – where will put together your kit; or if you know exactly what you need, you can request a reservation yourself, through our website.

Once your reservation is in the system, we’re still here for you if you need to make any changes like swapping or adding gear, or rescheduling and cancelling, just reach out and our team will make the changes for you.

Step 2 - pick up the gear

If you requested delivery, we’ll handle the transport and the gear will be ready for you at the agreed location and time. If you are picking up the gear from our office, please arrive in time for your appointment.

While picking up your rented gear, we’ll go through the gear list together to make sure everything’s here, and you’ll have the chance to inspect the condition and try any piece out before your rent begins.

If we haven’t yet received your payment at this point, you will be required to pay on pickup. We accept both cash and card payments.

Step 3 - use the gear

Good luck with your project! We don’t doubt that you’ll use our gear to create something awesome!

In case of any gear malfunction or damage, you are obligated to contact us as soon as possible, so our team has enough time to react. If available, we’ll do our best to organise a replacement for you.

When you want to extend your rent, also please let us know as soon as possible and depending on availability we can reschedule the return appointment.

Step 4 - conclude the rent

If you requested delivery, please prepare our gear for transport at the agreed time and location – we’ll be there to pick it up. If you are returning the gear to our office, please arrive on time for your appointment (or let us know ahead if you’re running late to avoid any late-return charges).

During your return appointment, if time allows it, we go through the gear list together to make sure everything’s returned. We later proceed to check that all pieces are still here, and inspect whether everything is in appropriate condition.

Crew for hire

Need an extra team member? Hire our crew for your camera or light departments - 12 hour and 6 hour shifts available.

Custom rigs

We offer custom rigging services! For custom rig requirements, please reach out via email at least one week before your pickup date.

Delivery service

When you're not able to come pick up the gear, we can drop it off and pick it up directly to your set. Reach out to get a quote!
