Step 1 - reservation
First things first – in order to work with us, you need a reservation. You can reserve gear for rent, with optional delivery and crew for hire.
Request your reservation over the phone, by sending us an email inquiry, or do it yourself using our website. A reservation is confirmed once you receive a confirmation email.
If you need to make any changes to your reservation or cancel it, reach out, and based on gear, crew, and appointment availability, our team will make the changes for you. Please note that potential cancellation fees may apply. You can read more about how we work in our Terms and Conditions.
Step 2 - pick up the gear
If you requested delivery, you have nothing to worry about, we’ll handle the transport and the gear will be ready for you at the agreed location and time.
If you are picking up the gear from us, please arrive at our office in time for your appointment, the gear will be ready and waiting for you.
When handing out our gear, unless you hire our crew, we like to walk you through the gear list and demonstrate gear condition, so please allocate 10-20 minutes of your time (depending on how much and what gear you’re renting) for the pickup process.
If we haven’t yet received your payment at this point, you will be required to pay on pickup. We accept both cash and card payments.
Step 3 - use the gear
Good luck with your shoot! We’re sure you’ll use our gear to create something awesome!
In case of any gear malfunction or damage, you are obligated to contact us as soon as possible, so our team has enough time to react. If available, we’ll do our best to organize an alternative for you.
When you want to prolong your rent, also please let us know as soon as possible, depending on availability we will reschedule the return appointment.

Step 4 - finish the rent
If you requested delivery, please prepare the rented gear for transport at the agreed time and location – we’ll be there and pick it up.
If you are returning the gear to our office, please arrive on time for your appointment or let us know in advance if you’ll be late.
After receiving the gear back from you, we go through the gear list and make sure that all pieces were returned, and in appropriate condition.
Potential issues or malfunctions discovered on the return appointment will be handled in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
